- The values shown are the last certified values except in the months of April through July. During the period of April through July, the values may be proposed values that are subject to change. Values are certified in July.
- Tax collection records on the Internet server are updated periodically from the tax offices in Potter County and Randall County. If more current or additional information about taxes is needed, please contact the county in which the property is located.
