POTTER – RANDALL COUNTY LINE PROPERTY
This indicates property on the Potter and Randall County lines. The city, school and college portion of these taxes are billed by Randall County. The property will receive three tax bills each year. Potter and Randall County send a bill based on the value in that county.TAX CEILINGS – FROZEN TAXES

Taxpayers may make partial payments on their current or delinquent property taxes. Penalty, interest and collection fees will continue to accrue on unpaid balances. There will be an amount shown paid and an amount shown still due on these accounts. Call the county tax office for more information.PENALTY AND INTEREST
Penalty and interest begins to accrue on February 1 for any current year taxes that have not been paid. The schedule for penalty and interest is as follows:

INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS
Taxpayers over 65 or disabled may pay their current taxes on their qualified homestead without penalty and interest by signing an agreement and paying their first ¼ payment by January 31. The four payments are due by:

Since the taxes are paid in quarters, this payment method is referred to as "quarterly payments". Please note that the payments are every two months, not quarterly.
